Why a warranty QR code
Warranty cards get thrown away with the box, and printed registration URLs are long enough that nobody types them. Placed on the product or the manual, a warranty QR code opens your registration form or the page with warranty terms right when the customer unpacks. Enter a name and the form's address. Without an address, scanning shows a page with that name and your text, for example the terms in short. Since you can change where it points, the label printed today can lead to an updated form or a service page years later, when the customer actually needs repairs.
- Customers register the product while unpacking, not weeks later.
- A label on the product outlives the paper card that ends up in the bin.
- Point the code to a service or claims page later in the product's life.
- On plans with bulk creation, a CSV file produces up to 100 codes at once, for example one per batch.

Warranty QR Code Generator
A warranty QR code covers a manufacturer's post-sale obligations — repair or replacement terms — rather than the transaction itself. It's typically tied to a specific product's serial number.
What is this QR code?
A warranty QR code opens your registration form or the page with warranty terms; without an address it shows a page with the product name and your text.
Best use cases

How to generate your QR code

Stick the code on the product label, and repeat it in the manual or on the box.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register the product for the warranty to be valid?
Often yes, warranty activation frequently requires registering the product's serial number.
How is warranty different from receipt?
Warranty tracks a current, ongoing coverage status, while a receipt is a fixed record of a past transaction.
Does QR Global register the warranty?
No. Registration happens in your form or system; the code opens it.
Can each product have its own code?
Yes. Create codes one by one, or on plans with bulk creation upload a CSV file with up to 100 rows, for example one link per serial number or batch.
What should the registration form ask?
Keep it short: product model, serial number, purchase date and contact details are usually enough. Long forms on a phone are abandoned.
Can the label lead somewhere else after a few years?
Yes. Change the address to a service, spare parts or recall page whenever the product's needs change.
What if I have no online form yet?
Enter the warranty terms as text. The code then shows a page with the product name and your description.
Where should the code go?
Somewhere that stays with the product, such as the rating plate or the inside of a door, plus a copy in the manual.
