Why a receipt QR code
Thermal paper fades, and a short till slip rarely holds what a customer needs later for a return, a warranty claim or an expense report. A receipt QR code links the slip to the complete digital record: the receipt page your POS creates, the customer's order history in your shop, or a portal where receipts can be looked up. Name the code and enter that address; without one, the code shows a page with a short note, for example how to request a copy. Purchase details are never copied to QR Global.
