Why a multi-link QR code
Packaging, signs and printed guides often need to send people to more than one place: the manual in their language, the right store, the support form. A multi-link QR code opens one hosted page with a button for each of those destinations, so a single printed square replaces a row of codes. You build the page in the generator — a title, an optional short description and logo, the buttons and a colour theme — and can change any button after the print run.
- A single square on the label instead of three or four competing codes.
- Every button carries its own label, so readers tap Deutsch or Spare parts instead of guessing which code is which.
- Buttons can be added, renamed or removed in the dashboard while the printed code stays exactly as it is.
- Taps are counted button by button, which reveals the destination people actually needed.
Multilingual manuals
One button per language on a product insert: the reader taps their own and lands on the right PDF or help page.
Several places to buy
A brand code on the box lists your own shop next to the marketplaces that stock the product.
Department signposting
A code at reception separates sales, support, deliveries and job applications into clearly named buttons.
Event information point
Programme, venue map, ticket desk and cloakroom rules collected behind the code on the entrance banner.
Property listings
A sign outside the flat links the floor plan, photo gallery, viewing booking and agent contact.

Multiple links QR code
Put several destinations behind one printed code: visitors scan, see a short page of labelled buttons and tap the one they came for.
What is this QR code?
The QR code stores a short link to a page that QR Global hosts for you. The page shows your title and the buttons in the order you added them; it does not open every destination at once.
Best use cases
- ✓Product inserts with manuals in several languages.
- ✓Brand packaging listing your shop and the marketplaces that sell it.
- ✓Reception signs routing visitors to the right department.
- ✓Event banners gathering the programme, a map and ticket sales.
How to generate your QR code
Give the page a title people will recognise, such as the product or venue name.
Add a button for each destination, with a short label and the full https:// link.
Pick a theme and an accent colour that match the printed material around the code.
Scan the finished code and follow each link once to catch typos before printing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add or remove links later?
Yes. Edit the list in your dashboard, and the printed code shows the new buttons on the next scan. The page needs an internet connection to load.
How is a multi-link code different from a bio page code?
Both open the same kind of hosted page and use the same editor. A bio page introduces a person or brand; a multi-link page works like a signpost, so most people give it a product or place name as the title and keep the description short.
How many buttons can the page hold?
The editor sets no fixed limit. For a page opened in front of a shelf or a door, four to eight clearly named buttons work better than a long list that has to be scrolled.
In what order do the buttons appear?
In the order you add them, from top to bottom. Put the destination most visitors need first, and delete buttons that no longer apply rather than leaving dead links on the page.
Can I add social media icons as well?
Yes. Under the buttons you can add icons for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and YouTube, each pointing at your own profile.
Can I limit who opens the page?
The Security tab lets you set a password, an expiry date or a maximum number of scans, plus a fallback link for visitors who arrive after the code has stopped.
What do visitors need to open it?
A phone camera and an internet connection. The page opens in the browser, so nobody has to install an app or create an account.
